These terms explain how to use this website and what an enquiry means. They are written for the current enquiry-based website and should be read with the specific written quotation or order documents issued for any supply or project.
Product and service information
Product models, images, descriptions and category pages help visitors identify requirements. They do not confirm stock, a final selling price, a particular kit, compatibility, delivery date, authorization status, or a binding offer. Ask for a written quotation confirming the exact make, model, specification, quantity, taxes, delivery, warranty and other applicable terms before placing an order.
The website does not currently accept online payments or confirm orders automatically. Sending an enquiry, saving a supply list or requesting a meeting does not place an order or confirm a booking. Rental availability, rates, operator, fuel, transport and schedule are confirmed separately in writing.
Enquiry messages
When you submit a website form, it prepares a message in your email or WhatsApp app. Review the recipient and message, then press Send yourself. The website does not automatically send or keep the message. A meeting time is a request until our team confirms it.
Marketplace names
Madhya Bharat Suppliers has stated that it operates seller/vendor accounts on GeM, Amazon and Flipkart. These platform names are used to identify those marketplaces and do not indicate sponsorship, endorsement or authorization by them. Any order placed through a marketplace is also subject to that platform's applicable terms and policies.
Projects and technical requirements
Project scope, tender requirements, materials, drone configurations, installation and works contracts must be reviewed and agreed in a written quotation or work order. Visitors should confirm applicable technical, site and operational requirements with the relevant authorities and project stakeholders.
Property enquiries
The real estate page is for enquiries and does not display a live property inventory. Any property availability, price, ownership details, documents, permitted use and transaction terms must be checked and agreed directly for the specific property before any commitment. Sending an enquiry does not reserve or purchase a property.
